In the rule Rowdy Rumble, change “a Member of the Audience can only carry out an Audience Action if they have not carried out an Audience Action in the preceding X days, where X is the wind-up for the Audience Action they are carrying out” to

a Member of the Audience can only carry out an Audience Action if they have been either Idle or Inactive for at least the preceding X days and have not carried out an Audience Action in that time, where X is the wind-up for the Audience Action they are carrying out.

Revert any Audience Actions carried out since the posting of this proposal that would have been illegal had this been the ruletext at the time that were carried out, and any subsequent actions carried out or Contribution gained on the basis of Impacts conferred by those reverted Audience Actions.
