Add a new sub-rule in the rule The Crypt of Dracula called Spatial Warping:
Spatial Warping is a power action with a cost of 7. When a Vampire Lord carried out a Spatial Warping action, they must select two orthogonally adjacent Lit Ordinary Rooms and switch their characteristics (name, description, effects, glyphs/sigils, and denizens). A Room with a Sepulchre may not be selected for a Spatial Warping action.
