Enact a new rule entitled “Editorials”, containing the following:
Any Editor may, as a weekly action, create a post called an Editorial post. The Editorial post must consist of a stance the Editor’s Newspaper contains, and a headline. Upon creating an Editorial post the Editor may immediately decrease their Journalistic Integrity or their Balance by 1, or increase their Humor by 1.
Editorials implicitly mean eschewing balance, and tend to be opinion rather than fact-based journalism.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Given that there’s no strong reason for a player not to increase their Humor by 1 every week (the option to decrease JI or Balance instead seems tactically obscure), this seems like it would just become a noisy
