Is this CfJ addressing the right thing? Achievements don’t actually have Effects in the ruleset, it’s just that the Proposal that introduced the Achievements said “with the effect” for each one. It was an enactment problem in that when it was enacted, technically the Criteria should have never been filled out and the “effects” should have gone into the void.

I would re-rwite this CfJ to directly address the enactment of “Unlocked!”. Something like:

Uphold the enactment of “Unlocked!” to have set the Criteria of each Achievement in every case where the wording of the proposal mentioned “effect”

eh like they still have the effects. maybe they have to be tracked somewhere but I think if you pass a rule saying “The dog’s color is red” and color isn’t a property on dogs… the dog’s color is still red. That is just an orphaned trait. But if you were to suddenly define a dog’s color, it would still be red.

still don’t want this to get bogged down with nomicy arguments so I’ll update
