Proposal: Final Tabloids

Add a new rule; Final Tabloids with the following text:

At any time when the blog is in Endgame; if a Wordsmith have not yet done so they may as a Virtual Round Action declare a list of up to 10 words as the Final Tabloid to the Puzzler. For every word that is on the Buzzword list which is contained in the declared Final Tabloid list that Wordsmith gains 2 points.

against  20 points up for grabs at the end turns this from a dynasty that is 90% about clever acronym generation and properly appealing to the crowds into one that is mostly just guessing the buzz words right

Also doesn’t chiika already have two pending proposals? I’m on vaycay so can’t do a deep “actually the rules let you get three pending in some scenarios” dive into the ruleset right now. But maybe someone else can check 😅

It’s possible to have three proposals up on the blog under Revisions Allowed, if an earlier Revisable one has been withdrawn, but I can’t see that that’s happened here: neither earlier proposal has been withdrawn, or even received any REVISE votes.

I’ll flag this as illegal.
