They are redirected to Grill Noir to buy the cheaper Ex Oyster Trap instead, and after another earpiece conversation they upgrade that to the signature Faux Meat Bowl. The TV Reporter, apparently off-duty, stops at Melody’s Dine and Wine for the Meaty Special, and eats it while scrolling through their phone. Chiiika takes $19 and a $3 tip.

The Psychogeographer hops the railings at the back of the parking lot and squeezes around the side of Bat Snacks. They take a seat with a Joker’s Laughing Chicken and sketch some lines onto a tourist map. Darknight takes $8 and a $3 tip.

The Pest Control Worker concludes a lengthy business discussion with the operator of Pokes’ Rice and Beans, and warily orders the Basmati Rice. DoomedIdeas takes $13 and a $3 tip.

The Birdwatcher is delighted to spot a group of European starlings hopping around on the wires above Ye Olde Lemon. He orders the Today’s Special (Vegan Edition) and a drink, and throws the birds a few crumbs of cheese. Nolemeldo takes $16 plus $3, a $3 tip.

The Biker strides up to Shish-Kababa and starts to order a Pork Wrap, before frowning and changing their mind. The Basmati Rice from Pokes’ Rice and Beans was the same, and cheaper, so they go and order that instead. DoomedIdeas takes $13 and a $3 tip.

The Postal Worker has a parcel for Grill Noir. With a long shift ahead they take the opportunity to order a Steve’s Lava Chicken and a bottle of water. Eternalservererror takes $20 and $3 for the drink.

The Long-Distance Runner pauses for a few moments, running on the spot, at The Constellation, considering the calories of the Lamb Pita. They shake their head and jog down to grab the Lamb Pita Plus instead from Grill Noir. When they get there, they’re tempted by the healthier Faux Meat Bowl signature dish instead. The Food Truck Repairman reckons that the (Probably) Very Nice Food truck is good to go. He orders a Meateater Option, knowing that he can’t get it cheaper anywhere else. Lawnomos takes $8.
