What does CoV mean?

from the ruleset page it means Change of Vote

I don’t believe it’s mandatory to put CoV either, but it does make it easier to notice when someone counting votes looks through.

I just use the blognomic greasemonkey script to count them for me.

This causes an enactment race. (Not that a daily action race is much better really - it’s still pretty much the same thing, but I’d rather see something else.)

there really isn’t anything else but an enactment/daily action race that I could think of. Propose what you’d like to see.

Mentioning that a vote is a CoV is also helpful to other players, so that they don’t skim a proposal and misread one player voting FOR and then changing their mind to AGAINST as two players disagreeing.
