change in rule science the words

They must then deduct the value of all Intelligence allocated to each Research Project from that Research Project’s cost.

to

They must then deduct the value of all Intelligence allocated to each Research Project from that Research Project’s cost. note this by changing the cost to x slash y where x is remaining cost and y is original cost.

then update all projects to follow this format.

i noted original cost when I updated ‘cave painting’ in wiki. this for book keeping purpose and me think it ok and not break rule. me want to make sure start cost be easily found though.
