Proposal: I could snap Conclaves like a twig.
3 cardinals are not voting AGAINST. Failed by Elias IX.

Add a rule, Tick Tock:
If there are no unresolved Conclaves, replace:
If a Cardinal has posted a comment on a Conclave which consists of the single phrase “I elect as Supreme Pontiff X.”, where X is the name of a Cardinal other than themselves, and has posted no other comments of that format on that Conclave, then the comment is considered to be that Cardinal’s Ballot for that Conclave, electing the named Cardinal.
With:
If a Cardinal has posted a comment on a Conclave which consists of the single phrase “I elect as Supreme Pontiff X.”, where X is the name of a Cardinal other than themselves, then that comment is considered to be that Cardinal’s Ballot for that Conclave, electing the named Cardinal. If a Cardinal has posted more than one such comment on a Conclave, only their last such comment is that Cardinal’s Ballot for that Conclave
If a Quorum of EVCs on this Proposal include the phrase “proficitis cum ea”, less quotes, instead replace:
If a Cardinal has posted a comment on a Conclave which consists of the single phrase “I elect as Supreme Pontiff X.”, where X is the name of a Cardinal other than themselves, and has posted no other comments of that format on that Conclave, then the comment is considered to be that Cardinal’s Ballot for that Conclave, electing the named Cardinal.

That’s “get on with it”, by the way.
Thrawn:
proficitis cum ea
