I have a dictatorship.

BlogNomic is dying.

In order to revive it, I gave myself a dictatorship, in the hopes that the older players will come back and try to remove it.

That is all.

I’m glad you came out and said that, because more and more I was getting upset that the game was evolving away from a Nomic!  While I’m certainly not an old player, I was beginning to get disgusted at your overuse (IMO) of the Veto.  But your idea to get back old players by angering them?  Simply genius!  Too bad it didn’t work…

When did you come up with this idea, anyway?  I can’t put my finger on the exact moment.

Anyway, on another note, I don’t think Blognomic with less than 20 people is doing too badly.  I’m having quite a bit of fun.

I came up with it in IRC a few moments before I executed it. (I wasn’t trying to get back at old players, but rather make them come out, as they tend to be the most active of players and I’m afraid BN will die.)

As an explanation of how I did this, I used my power to add new monsters. In the “special effects” column, I added “The RNG may edit the ruleset in any way, at any time.”, an then I added rule 1.11 using that special effect.

If BlogNomic is dying, then things like this are the cause.
