You might have seen an earlier version of this Proposal where I was messing with the Threshold formula, but then I realized I wasn’t mathing properly regarding the median suppressing outliers like the Straggler.

Strong against. If somebody wants to stop playing the Backronym game entirely, they should idle out. We shouldn’t encourage them to stay at the table for the rest of the dynasty and cast votes on how a word game that they are not interested in playing should be played by others.

Per Kevan. While Raven was playing as hard as he could and losing I was very inclined to respect his game; if he wishes to return to that then I will continue to do so and this proposal will not be necessary.

If he does not wish to return to that then it is for us to defend the behavioural norm that we think is important in this setting, not to contort around players who lack enough respect for the group to understand and mitigate the harm their actions are causing.
