I have a negative treason score (-5) which at least 5 less than every other Citizen’s (they all have 0 or nonexistent ones). I have achieved victory per rule 2.1.5.2.

Thanks, I just wanted to check, rather than voting on a DoV without having all the rules in front of me. I’m not entirely sure that “Citizens shall not attend any group meetings which have not been scheduled.” meets the “contains text which does nothing but add flavor” requirements, but I suppose any flavour is indistinguishable from an undefined keyword.
