Proposal: Indians slowly get their revenge

Add “Gd - Gaudy” to the list of possible Code Colors.

Add Gaudy to square 8’s colors.

Change square 8’s name to “Casino”.

Add a sub-rule to the World rule named Gambling:

Any player who is in a square named Casino may gamble by commenting in the GNDT with the text: “Come on, lucky X!  DICE12” where X is a number from 1 to 12 and transferring B$1 to the Jackpot Pool.  If the number on the dice roll equals X, e may then increase eir B$ by 5.
