Set the Dormancy rule to “Inactive”.
Set all Dreamed Projects to Posted.
Enact a new rule, “Endgame”:-
A Contractor or the Great Eccentric may resolve any resource range at any time.
A Contractor may Research any Posted contract if they are working at the same Site as the Project’s Location, and if they have not already Researched that Project, by paying the Project’s cost from their own Resources and increasing their Funds by $5B.
With the game dormant and Zaphod about to idle out as well, maybe it’s time to just wrap this dynasty up quickly: allowing anyone to resolve Projects, and to cash in any Project once for $5B (which is about what they were going for, and neither remaining player is going to let them go for any more than that).
