Not sure if I should be voting on this one - my vote will exist enough to be copied by Jumble’s DEF, but won’t count towards quorum itself. Jumble might want to just pick a side.

@Kevan I’m not sure that that’s true - on Institute proposals “votes from Outsiders and Collectors are ignored”, rather than, say, “only votes from Researchers are counted” - as you are neither I think you get a vote if you want one.

Oh, I guess it’d count if the proposal actually reached quorum, or timed out. (It would also still allow me to veto, which is why I wrote it like that.) But it’d be ignored for all the “more than half of the Researchers are voting FOR it” checks.
