Don’t put this in the Ruleset

Who has it now, who grants it, and what benefit is there to other admins having it?

Admins have it now, those of us that are admins and understand IRC know how to grant it, and the effect is that you can kick people from the channel.

Unfortunately, we can’t admin someone that hasn’t registered their nickname, and irc is seperate from the GDNT and the gamestate, thus no rules should be governing it.

Fair enough.
