In the rule “Party Time”, replace:
Any Partygoer who is sharing a Location with another Partygoer who is holding an Acoustic Guitar may not score Party score.
with
If a Partying Partygoer is holding an Acoustic Guitar, other Partygoers in the same Location may not start a new Activity.
To keep games in progress from being mooted by a third party with a guitar, a current risk that keeps games from being worthwhile.
