BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. New players are always welcome and can join in at any time.

Kevan: Oracle he/him
Note that I’d enacted Well, Well, Well incorrectly, so this action takes effect under the previous wording, and “The target Villager can invalidate this action if they move to another Location within one day; otherwise, the Remedy is removed from the user’s inventory and affects the target as if they had used the Remedy themselves.” (so you get to keep the water until a day has passed).

If you want to retract this action on the grounds that I’d presented a misleading version of the gamestate, I don’t think anyone would argue it. Looks like it shouldn’t make too much difference, though.

Although hmm, now that Well, Well, Well has enacted properly, I’d actually say that this effect fizzles into nothing - the “within one day; otherwise” effect that this legally triggered is no longer a rule, so will no longer happen.
And the “Doctor may respond to such a post” clause can’t be acted upon because no such post, as described by the new rule, has been made while that rule was in effect.
