Proposal: Miraculous Recovery

Self-killed. Failed by Brendan.

Adminned at 02 Feb 2015 03:52:38 UTC

If “Mob Injustice” fails, this proposal does nothing.

Add the following to the list of Subroutines in the rule “Subroutines”:

RCVR - Threshold: 16 OI. All effects of this subroutine require to be Countersigned by the Doctor. If the Subject is Disabled, and there are no other subroutines with the subject as their subject in the queue, then the Subject loses Disabled and becomes Injured.

In the rule “Trials”, add to the end of the paragraph beginning “A Trial is a Votable Matter…”:-

Posting a Trial is a Strenuous action.

Add the following text to the rule “Sabotage”:

Sabotage is always a Strenuous action.

If we have easy ways of killing people, we should have hard ways of reviving them. If we make it possible for disabled to become injured, however, then more things should probably be strenuous. Note that this proposal also could serve as the “reasonable limitation of Sabotage powers” asked for by Fox.

This proposal does nothing as Mob Injustice has already been self-killed. Mob Justice is the one that’s still pending.

Oh, I suppose the last two clauses still kick in.  against , though, as I like the idea of disabled Humans yelling accusations from the medbay.

Why would the last two clauses still have an effect when the first sentence states that this proposal does nothing?
