To be fair, I’ve been away awhile so I’m abit unclear about these two rules

I feel like the Core Rules could be getting too huge, for visualization. I’d add it to Appendix. But I agree with the general intent here.

These have been left in place for a long time, 

I like Tags but Combos haven’t been battle tested enough imo.

Tags could be merged into an existing core rule, combos still seem a bit rough and underused.

I wrestled with moving atomic actions into the core rules for a while before actually proposing it, I kinda feel that both of those rules are underused (come to think of it, Atomic actions might be better placed in the appendix…)

There are better places to put these rules coming up in the queue.

NOTE: this does not do anything, as it lacks the tag “[Core]”. This is ironic, to say the least. So those who voted for may want to change their votes.
