Note that I think the same problem that affects “How not to write proposals” is close to affecting this proposal too (which is the fix for the problem!) – it adds a rule that cares about the author of a proposal, which is a publicly tracked variable. (I consider it a variable of the proposal rather than of the author, but that’s based on playing other nomics that do make that distinction, and as other people say, BlogNomic might not).

I think we’re luckily OK for this specific proposal – the exact wording of the current rule is “No other publicly tracked dynastic variables held by individual Nomicers may be proposed in this dynasty.” and this doesn’t propose a variable tracking the author of a proposal because, fortunately, one already exists (in “unless the Nomicer already has 2 Proposals pending” in the core rules), and thus it was proposed in a previous dynasty.
