At the end of the first paragraph in Core Rule 1.6 add the following,
If a Citizen anonymously posts a nonsense CfJ, that CfJ can be failed regardless of how long its been posted for.
Time to stop this little lemming herd.
Must be more specific, or this power is essentially unlimited (for example, a lot of what BLO does might be considered “nonsense,” and yet all of that is perfectly valid in the game).
thats why this was aimed at CfJ’s and not proposals. other then that ya I prob should have defined it more
I’d rather it be something like, if the CfJ does not affect the rules or the gamestate it can be auto-failed. or something along this lines.

Yeah, “nonsense” needs to be defined better if you want to make this work.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
