Add a new rule entitled “Landing”, with the following text:
If a Shuttle has zero Fuel for 48 consecutive hours, the numerical portion of its Orbit (if it has one) shall be changed to “[L]”, indicating that it is Landed on the Moon’s surface. A Landed Shuttle may at any time spend 2 Fuel (that it has acquired after Landing) to regain a normal Orbit, at which time it will replace “[L]” in its Orbit with the result of a 1DICEX roll, where X is the Orbital Size of the Shuttle’s current Moon.
For being an automagical “it shall be changed” effect which no player is responsible for, and which it’s possible to sleep through or miss entirely.
Bucky:
I see no good reason to have this rule; its main effect seems to be to make it hard to interact with two of the Derelicts. On the other hand, it requires bookkeeping related to non-actions, which is something I don’t like and the dynasty is otherwise free of so far.
