Add the following to the current ruleset to the current rule entitled “Cult”:
A Cult Leader may, as a weekly action, with the collaboration of a member of his cult who must also PM the Auspex confirming his collaboration, PM the Auspex informing him of a change in leadership in the Cult. The Leader may pass his leadership to any willing member of his Cult. The member then assumes leadership of the cult, and the former Leader becomes a normal member.
This way more people who are in a cult may have a chance to become the leader.
since it allows arbitrary proliferation of cults.
