If the Proposal “If You Build It, They Will Come” is enacted, this Proposal has no effect.
In the subrule “Structures” add the following text:
The Structures of each Vassal are publicly tracked.
Fixing a minor issue where Structures weren’t being publicly tracked, in case “If You Build It, They Will Come” is not enacted.
Should there be some kind of general rule that any gamestate defaults to being publicly tracked unless otherwise specified? Seems like hidden information is generally rare, and having to append “publicly-tracked” to every single variable is a lot of unnecessary words.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
