(correct me if I am doing this wrong)

Append the section “Remedies” with the following paragraph:

“A Villager may use a Remedy they are carrying on a Nearby target Villager. The target Villager can invalidate this action if they move to another Location before the end of the day; otherwise, the Remedy is removed from the user’s inventory and affects the target as if they had used the Remedy themselves.”

for There exists one rough edge in the “end of the day” concept, which can be exploited if put forth very close to the end of the current day.

Also, there is no need to put “Proposal” in the Title field when submitted new proposals.
