- Yet in the same rule, change:

An Institutionalized student may not take any actions apart from attempting to relax.

to

An Institutionalized student may not take any actions apart from drinking from the local water supply or attempting to relax. When drinking from the local water supply, an institutionalized Student shall decrease eir Sanity by twice as much as a non-institutionalized would.
