In Power Actions replace
* Blood Frenzy is an atomic Power Action with a cost of 7. When a Vampire Lord carries out a Blood Frenzy, they must take the following steps:
** Randomly select a Lit Room that is not Purified. If it contains any Effects that are not “This room is Daunting” or “This room is Familiar”, randomly select one of those Effects and remove it from that Room.
** Randomly select a Lit Room that is not Purified and randomly select a Threat Effect. Add that Effect to that Room.

Because I believe that this and “Disruption Junction” are intended to preemptively block those of us outside Team Jumble/Clucky from interfering with a long-term endgame plan.

“not Purified or a Ritual Chamber” would be less ambiguous as “not Purified nor a Ritual Chamber” (otherwise, it’s unclear whether the “not” applies to “or a Ritual Chamber” or not). Apart from that, I like it.
