Call for Judgment: Rodlen becomes acting emperor pending performance review (or, “A Tenuous Peace”)

Compromised to death—Rodlen

Adminned at 18 Dec 2008 22:14:03 UTC

If this CfJ passes, then:

(1) All pending CfJs & DOVs fail and all dynastic rules are repealed,

(2) Rodlen becomes Emperor,

(3) Every seven days Rodlen must issue a Call for Judgment on the seventh day to determine his continued status as Emperor,

(4) Rodlen must issue this CfJ every seven days on the seventh day for the duration of his dynasty,

(4) If Rodlen loses a CfJ and is deposed, Blognomic falls into anarchy and a new metadynasty begins, and

(5) This dynasty shall be titled “The First Ad Hoc Dynasty of Rodlen”

LOL, man, people are all up in armos because it’s taking one night to sort through things.

I remember some dynasties where it took us almost a week to get the end of a dynsaty over and a new one started…

I would prefer a continuous tiny bit of power to full power with a large chance of loss of power.

Rodlen:

Oh, and what happens if I miss that CfJ day thanks to some mess?

Rodlen,

I suppose you could make that transition one of your initial acts.

Cayvie:

amnistar, i’m more irritated with the confusing volume of unnecessary posts than with the length of time it is taking to sort through them.

Rodlen:

Plus, that is a lot of rules that won’t actually be part of the ruleset.

eljefe:

Well, you’d be in violation, so someone else would issue it.

I mean, someone else can ALWAYS issue a CfJ. In this case they’d do it on the anointed date.

Rodlen:

My suggestion essentially makes me any other character, but with the ability to speed up the queue.

That is all mine does.

This is complicated, messy, and gives me way too much power for something so conflicted.

Rodlen:

19-12-2008 04:45:22 UTC

And the rules aren’t even placed into the ruleset.

also, “emperor” doesn’t mean anything.
