Add the text “Each Partygoer has a set amount of Energy, which is a non-negative integer value that defaults to 10.” to the beginning of the rule Rubber Ducky Time and repeal the rule Exhaustion.
Change the title of the rule Rubber Ducky Time to 24 Hour Party People.
Make the rules The Grand Party, A Slight Delay and Fun and Games sub-rules of the rule Party Time.
Move the last paragraph of the rule 24 Hour Party People to become the second paragraph of the rule Carrying, and then remove the sentence “The current Holder of the Rubber Ducky is publicly tracked.” from it.
Make the rule Pot Luck a subrule of the rule Carrying.
