Proposal: Slightly Less Careless Crewmembers

In the Rule “Clearance”, replace “When a Crewmember is part of the Responder Team for a Mission that fails, their Clearance decreases by 3.” with:-
When a Crewmember is part of the Responder Team for a Mission that fails, their Clearance decreases by 1.
In the Rule “Trials”, replace “No Crewmember may post a Trial if there is a pending Trial in which they are being accused.” with:-
No Crewmember may post a Trial if there is a pending Trial in which they are being accused. No Crewmember may be accused in a Trial if their Clearance is greater than 4.
Only losing one Trust, which then puts you in the range of getting tried for being an impostor who screws up Missions, may sharpen up the crew a little bit. I think its more or less flavorfully accurate, which is a bonus.
because I’d rather have more trials than fewer, and there’s already an extraneous Atmosphere restriction.
