Change the special house rule for the Misers to the following:

The Misers: The Misers have always hated Halloween, but they do leave a bowl of candy out on their doorstep with a sign that says “Only take one” in menacing red ink. If a Trick-or-Treater Requests Candy at the Miser’s house, instead of following the normal procedure, they must do the following: a) choose a number X, which must be less than or equal to the Misers candy quantity, and b) a DICE 25. If the result is less than or equal to X, the Misers will take all of that Trick-or-Treater’s Tricks, Treats, Candy, and Costumes. Otherwise, the Trick-or-Treater will gain X Gummy Bears. Neither “Taking a big handful” nor “Begging for extra” has any affect on the Misers.
