This proposal doesn’t do anything as it’s not making any changes to the ruleset.

I think it’s fine to charitably interpret a block of text as “add all this text to the ruleset verbatim”.

as negative scores feel like a minor part of the game, and this creates some odd situations (if I steal 10 points from a player with 5 points, how many points do I actually get?).
