While ais523 does not have a EVC on this CfJ, it cannot be considered popular unless it is more than 24 hours old and any attempts to resolve it immediately end with it not being resolved and with the rest of the CfJ doing nothing for that resolution attempt

If ais523’s EVC on this CfJ contains the words “I don’t want it”, or if they have 4 or fewer Puissance, this CfJ does nothing.

for not because I particularly want to have done the action at this point – it was guarding against a possible state of affairs that didn’t actually happen – but because it was originally legally performed, so it would be unfair to let me take it back at this point.

At first I was afraid that if you thought the action was already performed this would reduce your puissance twice but the nice thing is that if it’s already performed then your puissance is 4 so the CFJ does nothing and if it’s not appear performed then it is. So either way, same result!
