In the rule “Food Trucks”, add the following as a new paragraph:
A Truck’s Name, if not empty, may not be the same as the non-empty Name of any other Truck. When determining if any two Truck’s Names are the same, the uppercase version of a letter is treated as being the same as the lowercase version of that same letter.
If there is more than one Truck with the same Name, for each of those Trucks in the set of Trucks with the same Name, roll DICE1000 and add the result as text to the end of that Truck’s Name.
Let’s try this again and see if I can avoid the Emperor’s Veto.
