Add to rule “Martial Skill”:
As a weekly action, any henchman may ‘train’ eir Martial Skill if e is located in Asia, South America or Africa. E then either:
*gains 1 MS for each henchman in South America if e is located in Asia.
*gains 1 MS for each henchman in Africa if e is located in South America.
*gains 1 MS for each henchman in Asia if e is located in Africa.
Add to rule “Intelligence”:
As a weekly action, any henchman may ‘train’ eir Intelligence if e is located in Europe, North America or Oceania. E then either:
*gains 1 INT for each henchman in North America if e is located in Europe.
*gains 1 INT for each henchman in Oceania if e is located in North America.
*gains 1 INT for each henchman in Europe if e is located in Oceania.
