This will allow us to make minor fixes that are neccessary to make the game fun without someone just garnering a ton of experience.

This would work if the word trivial was not necessary in the subject, and the decision lied entirely in the voters.

I seem to recall reading about these before somewhere in the history.  I don’t remember if it said whether they were successful or not.

rule isn’t in effect until the proposal passes, so it wouldn’t work :P
