Unmark the rule Bathing as provisional. Unmark the rule Energy as provisional.
They’ve been around long enough. Still not sure what to do about the teaming up rule. There’s a fair bit of undefined stuff there.
I’m not sure the “last week” clause has any meaning. It might only apply to rules that were provisional the week before it was enacted, which is to say none. But then that sounds like a weird interpretation so making it more specific can’t hurt.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Also, does the automatic unmarking if a rule has been Provisional for the last week refer to a week as an entity or a week as a duration? I imagine the latter, which means a few of them can be unmarked now, without Proposal.
