Proposal: Warp on blue

Colour squares 2, 7, 12 and 17 Blue. 
Create a sub-rule to World entitled ‘Warp Squares’, with the text

Whenever a player ends a move on a Blue square, e may immediately Jump to any other blue square. Note that this does not entitle the player to claim benefits for passing intervening squares, such as Go

Move “Pass Go” and “Colour Coding” to be sub-rules of World. 
Sub-rules are now really easy to make, administratively…
