In the rule “Construction” replace “and X is the number of other Buildings which that Imagineer has constructed that day” with “and X is the number of other Buildings which that Imagineer has constructed since they last processed a Business Day”
Following the steps in Licensing, trying to move away from daily tasks and make everything business day based. This also makes it harder for someone to build up a large zone over several actual days and then process all their business days at once cashing in
