Well, unless derrick also serves Cpt_Koen, then CK doesn’t have anything to say about becoming captain. But he could un-captain himself again immediately, so it doesn’t really matter. In any case, all of that has nothing to do with the proposal itself and could happen on any post afaict.

BTW, I should mention the GreaseMonkey script somehow uninstalled itself from my firefox during an update, and I’ve been unable to reinstall it since. Participating in Blognomic has been considerably less convenient since.

Reinstall Firefox probably.

There was a Greasemonkey update last year that killed BNScript off, although I don’t remember the details. There might be some old discussion of it on Slack.

[Cpt_Koen] Try copypasting it in instead of installing it? Or uninstall and reinstall the script or greasemonkey? In the mean time you can visit this page, however as an actual rss feed it’s broken.

BNScript still works for me. I’m on Chrome.

I have a (sloppily) fixed version made for personal use, I could link that if someone wants it. IIRC the fixes for firefox/gm were different than what chrome needed to get it running. And no guarantees, of course :)

[Kevan] Oh I see. i have Palemoon and there was some fork of the older greasemonkey specifically for the browser and I have updates for extensions turned off so nothing changed for me.
