I like the prop. I think it has flair and a cool name.

Well it doesn’t have an effect so =P to your chaos theory.

It does have an effect. We just don’t know what that effect is.

The effect is that this Proposal is retroactively vetoed.

It solidifies the truths that “The veto icon is awesome. . .” and that “...Bucky hasn’t vetoed anything” and then it vetoes itself. I think that any prop that can simultaneously establish truth and then repeal it, is worth the   .

@tecslicer: It does not solidify those truths, as they are in the Flavor Text box.

I think the only thing this proposal does is make it so that it can’t become enacted once it’s enacted.  It doesn’t un-enact itself.
