In the rule “Horoscopes”, replace “Each Townsperson has a Birth Sign, which is tracked in the GNDT.” with:-
Each Townsperson has a Birth Sign, which is tracked in the GNDT as a space-separated list of the final words of those Constellations, in order.
Reproposing this fix to make the GNDT more legible.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
