A little round about

I won’t do it in the GNDT to not spam it:

I advance 5 squares, to Sq 3, due to popularity from Proposal: Go Loophole
I buy 18 Scooters, 6 Servings of Black Paint and 6 Homing Beacons (for a total B$ 360). Set 2 Home Beacons here.
I scoot thru Sqs 4, 5 and 6, spending 3 scooters and paying Smith a total B$ 3 rent.
I scoot thru Sq 7, spending 1 scooter and paying Gazebo Dude B$ 2 rent.
I scoot thru Sq 8, spending 1 scooter and paying Jamuraa B$ 2 rent. I pass Go (earning B$ 20)
I scoot thru my own Sq 9, spending 1 scooter. Set 2 Home Beacons here.
I scoot thru Sq 10, spending 1 scooter. I buy it (B$ 20), I paint its Bg code as Bk. It’s now Bg and Bk.
I scoot thru Sq 11, spending 1 scooter and paying Excalabur B$ 2 rent.
I scoot thru my own Sq 12, spending 1 scooter.
I scoot thru my own Sq 13, spending 1 scooter and hiting Jackpot. Set 2 Home Beacons here.
I scoot thru my own Sq 14, spending 1 scooter. I paint its Bg code as Bk. It’s now Bg and Bk.
I scoot thru Sq 15, spending 1 scooter. I buy it (B$ 30), I paint its Bg code as Bk. It’s now Bg and Bk.
I scoot thru Sq 16, spending 1 scooter. I buy it (B$ 32), I paint its Bg code as Bk. It’s now Bg and Bk.
I scoot thru Sq 17, spending 1 scooter and paying Excalabur B$ 4 rent.
I scoot thru my own Sq 18, spending 1 scooter. I paint its Bg code as Bk. It’s now Bg, Bk and Rd.
I scoot thru Sq 19, spending 1 scooter and paying Excalabur B$ 8 rent. I spend B$ 50 to create Pk - Pink Colour Code.
I scoot thru Sq 0, spending 1 scooter. I buy it (B$ 40), I paint its Bg code as Bk, then as Pk. It’s now Bg, Pk and Bk.
I scoot thru my own Sq 1, spending my last scooter. I paint as Pk. It’s now Bk, Bg, Pk and Yl.
I use a Home beacon to hit Jackpot, then one to go to Sq 9. I use my last Pk Paint there (on the Bg code, of course).
I use one Homing Beacon to return to Sq 2. My only Items now are 3 Homing Beacons, set to Sqs, 2, 9 and 13.

I must give Smith B$ 3, Jamuraa B$ 2, Gazebo B$ 2 and Excalabur B$ 14. I must increase my own B$ by 20 (from Go) and all the Jackpot, which is now Zero.

Scoot to Square 13 (Jackpot, $3 to Chronos for Rent)
Use Blue Paint on Black Color on Square 13.
Jump to Square 7 (Warp Jump, $2 to GazeboDude for rent).
Scoot to Square 8 (Hit Go)
Use Pink Paint on Gray Code of Square 8. (Gains Pink)
Use Black Paint on Gray Code of Square 8 (Gains Black)
Use Blue Paint on Gray Code of Square 8 (Gains Blue)
Use Red Paint on Gray Code of Square 8 (Gains Red)
Use Yellow Paint on Gray Code of Square 8 (Gains Yellow)

See, no more than 2 scooters!

Rodney Pointed out that the second move and the third move are illegal:  I can’t buy paint that’s not of my homeland, and I can’t Warp after doing something.  I got stuck on square 2 without buying anything..
