If Proposal: Make It Snappy failed, this proposal does nothing.

Otherwise, add the following to the end of the final paragraph in the rule entitled “Targets”:

They may then add a new Target to the list, with themselves as the Celebrant of that Target.

In the same rule, after the phrase “If a Hunter makes a blog post that includes a Confirmed Photo of a Target”, add “that they are not listed as the Celebrant of”.

If that rule contains the phrase “if they do so, they gain 1 Point”, remove it, and add the following:

They may then gain 2 points and award 1 point to the Celebrant of that Target.

Add a subrule to the same rule, entitled Target guidelines:

A Target is Valid if all of the following conditions are true:

• It specifies an object, a location and a Celebrant;
• The object is a visible, tangible item that can be accessed by the public, can be captured in a photograph, and is not already listed as a Target or a struck-through Target;
• The location is listed as the location of at least one active player of BlogNomic;
• The Celebrant is the name of the Hunter who added it to the list.
