Rename the rule “Anchors” to “Wiretapping”. Replace all other instances of the word “Anchor” in the Dynastic Rules with “Wiretap”.
In the rule “Wiretapping”, replace “As a Daily Action, a Mindjacker may” with “As a Daily Action called Wiretapping, a Mindjacker may”.
Per Kevan; I think we’re working with abstract metaphors and Ditko-esque new agery here.
