If Proposal: Chewing the Baize passed, revert it.

In the rule entitled “Drawing”, replace “where X is the number of Cards in the Deck” with “where X is the number of Unrevealed Cards”. In the subsequent sentence, change “skipping over any Cards that are currently in the Spread” to “skipping any Cards that are currently Revealed”.

Add a rule to the ruleset as a sub-rule to the rule “Drawing”, entitled “Face Values”:

Each Card can be Revealed or Unrevealed. Unless otherwise stated by the Ruleset, a Card is always Unrevealed. Any Card that is in the Spread or any Discard pile is always Revealed.

Add the following to the numbered list of actions a Reader must undertake upon posting a new Spread, as item #4:

Add the Card that was Removed from the Spread (i.e. the first card from the previous Spread) to their Discard pile.

Add a new rule to the ruleset, entitled Discards:

Each Reader has a personal Discard pile, which is tracked in the GNDT.

As a weekly action, a Reader can Shuffle, by removing all Cards from their Discard pile.
