Call for Judgment: Bidding Disaster

Reaches quorum 7-0. Enacted by pokes.

Adminned at 22 Apr 2017 00:41:40 UTC

I made a bid that halted the auction for a Blogger because it was more than I had. Let’s fix that.
For any auctions that are open if the current highest bid is from a manager that is bidding more than their cash that bid is considered invalid and the second highest valid bid is now considered the bid. Repeat this process until there is a valid bid on each auction. If at the time that this CfJ passes any auctions would be closed due to having a valid bid, they instead stay open 12 hours after this CjF passed.

Enact the proposal “Lord, bless these Managers’ hearts” as if it is the oldest pending proposal.

Card, clarification: Will the retractions be considered valid?

@PSS: It’s not in this CfJ and “retractions” don’t exist as things in the ruleset.

Also, CfJs are fucking free so you can just make another one to fix/confirm that if you want lol, np.

I’ll be processing all valid bids as valid, with no retractions. You can CfJ for a refund but I doubt it would go well.

If you want retractions so badly, then make a proposal to add them in.

On auction 3, card’s bid is invalid and the high bid is PSS’ $230,031.

On auction 4, Cuddlebeam’s bid is invalid and the high bid is Matt’s $101,011.

See you in 12 hours.
