Proposal: [BLO] Learning how to snowboard

Replace the text of the rule titled “The rule formerly known as Wheeeeee!” with the following text:

As a weekly action, a Citizen may attempt to snowboard down Mount Doom.  This action is X% Dangerous, where X is 100 minus the number of times that citizen has attempted to snowboard down Mount Doom because Mount Doom gets easier with practice.  If a Citizen breaks any bones while attempting this feat, the attempt is not successful.  If a Citizen successfully snowboards down Mount Doom and has less than 10 broken bones at the time, he achieves victory.

against I’d like to impose some restrictions on what a new Watcher could do upon taking power before allowing anyone to win. For example, we should preserve the theme of the dynasty even if we get a new Watcher.

acheiving victory in a forum doesn’t make the person that acheived victory the Watcher, it makes them the emperor of the Faction…

I’m with zuff.

We could make it one action that you can only do if you are on Mount Doom, where you can only go by passing through Mordor - which is itself 90% dangerous and fails if you break any bones trying.
