This is a clearly tactical proposal. A Blood Frenzy recently knocked out the deathtrap of your main competitor, and you don’t have anything of the sort to attack right now. You also seem to have a large pool of players supporting you (obviously at least Clucky, but various other players have also been taking actions to benefit you), meaning that your organisation has more ability to respond to all the random changes (i.e. more Organ timer bumps, more Puissance, and more one-per-Expeditions actions) than anyone else does. So the various additional randomness introduced by additional Blood Frenzies would, in the current gamestate, mostly benefit you at the expense of Chiiika and Kevan.
